Independent Monitoring Accountant & Cash Flow Surveillance
Safeguarding creditor interests and restoring financial transparency during informal debt restructurings.
A Monitoring Accountant serves as an independent financial observer appointed by banks, syndicated lenders, or court orders during informal debt restructurings, workout negotiations, or distressed loan scenarios. By providing objective surveillance over daily cash movements and operational expenditures, we ensure company funds are managed strictly in accordance with agreed workout parameters.
Core Objectives
- Rebuild Stakeholder Trust: Bridges the transparency gap between distressed borrowers and institutional lenders.
- Prevent Asset Dissipation: Ensures loan proceeds, ring-fenced revenue, and collateral assets are preserved.
- Validate Financial Viability: Provides lenders with realistic, un-varnished cash flow forecasts and operational reporting.
