Liquidator vs. Receiver & Manager: What’s the Difference?
- Liquidator: Represents all creditors and works toward winding up the corporate entity entirely.
- Receiver & Manager: Primary duty is to the secured creditor/debenture holder to enforce security over charged assets and, if appointed as Manager, run the business to optimize realization.
